Deputy Library Experience Manager
The Deputy Library Experience Manager at Middlesex University is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the Library Experience Team at Sheppard Library. The role involves developing and delivering a high-quality, student-focused service, supervising and supporting the team, and standing in for the Library Experience Manager when needed. Duties also include staff management, liaising with internal and external colleagues, and ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment. This on-campus role requires a degree or equivalent experience in a library setting, experience in supervising and managing staff, excellent organizational and communication skills, and an understanding of fairness, equality, inclusion, and diversity in a higher education setting. The starting salary is £35,625 per annum, rising incrementally to £40,848.
