Library Experience Manager
The Library Experience Manager at Middlesex University will be responsible for managing and developing the Library Experience Team to ensure a high-quality, student-focused experience. Key duties include managing direct service provision, creating a conducive learning environment, handling customer enquiries and complaints, and developing operational procedures. The manager will also be involved in service plans and budgets, data analysis related to library services, security liaison, participation in cross-service initiatives, and support for innovative service delivery approaches.
Candidates must have a library qualification or equivalent work experience, experience in customer service management, staff management, and excellent IT, communication, and organizational skills. A commitment to fairness and principles of equality and inclusion is also required. The starting salary is £41,990 per annum. The role is based in Hendon and is a temporary contract for 12 months.
