Assistant Academic Support Librarian

The University of the Arts London is looking for an Assistant Academic Support Librarian who will assist in developing and delivering high-quality library services. These include supporting teaching, learning, and research activities, providing academic liaison, and aiding in collection development. The role also entails promoting access to resources, supervising colleagues, planning and managing resources, and providing excellent customer service. The candidate must have a degree or relevant library qualification, experience in a library or educational role, excellent communication and management skills, advanced research skills, digital proficiency, and an understanding of collection care. The assistant librarian will also be responsible for maintaining an inclusive and relevant collection for their program of study, working with a budget to source, order, and provide access to physical and digital collections.
