Team Leader – Building and Systems Support

The Team Leader for Building and Systems Support at the University of Portsmouth will manage the Building and Systems Support team as part of the Library's management team. They will oversee all activities related to the development, implementation, management, and operation of the Library's IT-based systems, ensuring proper integration with other University systems. They will lead the development of new IT services, work with internal and external partners for excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction. Additionally, they will manage the library building, ensuring smooth operation, and adherence to health and safety regulations. They will also manage and coordinate building development projects. This role belongs to the senior management team in the higher education sector, with a focus on systems and sustainability.
