Summary

The Head of Digital Skills at Goldsmiths, University of London will be responsible for the strategic development and delivery of the library's digital skills provision. This includes leading the Academic Enrichment and Skills Development team, creating training programs, and ensuring all students and staff are equipped with necessary digital skills. The incumbent will work closely with academic schools, faculties, and professional services teams to align digital skills initiatives with teaching, learning, and research priorities. They should have a degree or equivalent experience, a professional qualification in librarianship or information science, and experience in providing support in an academic or research library. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize and manage workload, and expertise in relevant technologies and systems are also required. The salary range is £50,000 to £59,999.
