Head of Digital, Content and Research Services

This job post is for the position of Head of Digital, Content & Research Services at Ulster University. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for the development of digital and physical content and research services across the university's library service. They will be responsible for managing the library services' budget for information resources, leading multidisciplinary teams, and identifying and leading relevant projects to improve services. The candidate will also liaise with key stakeholders, contribute to policy development, support staff development, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services. The job requires a degree and significant experience in leadership, management, procurement, project management, and budget management. Other responsibilities include ensuring compliance with legal obligations and representing the Library Service where appropriate.
