Summary

The Customer Service Manager position at Leeds Beckett University is a full-time role in the Library and Learning Services department. The position entails leading and developing frontline information, research, and student IT advice. Responsibilities include managing customer services and delivering multichannel enquiry services, managing the operation of a tiered service model, and ensuring all services are inclusive. The role also involves leading a team to develop state-of-the-art services, and promoting employee engagement and personal, team, and operational effectiveness. The successful candidate will have a degree and/or relevant professional experience/qualification, proven leadership skills, experience in delivering customer service excellence, and the ability to implement and optimise systems and technologies. The job comes with a salary range of £40,000 to £49,999.
