Summary

Leeds Beckett University is seeking a Customer Service Officer for their Library and Learning Services. This role involves supporting the university in delivering student-focused library services and being responsible for supporting development projects. Responsibilities include coordinating service delivery within a specific area, providing frontline advice and guidance, delivering specialist support to escalated student enquiries, and quality checking enquiries. The role also requires producing support materials, analyzing data, and proposing customer-focused solutions. The successful candidate should have a degree or experience in a customer-facing role, strong IT skills, and the ability to explain complex topics simply. The role may include some home working and requires flexibility to work across different campuses. The salary is within Grade 4 and working hours include a weekend day and Bank Holidays in term time.
