Student Engagement Manager
The Student Engagement Manager at Leeds Beckett University will lead student engagement programs across the Library and Learning Services. They will be responsible for conducting student communications, promoting services and support, and ensuring the student's voices are integral in all operations. The role includes managing events, promoting user experience, coordinating activities to support student recruitment, and handling student partner programs. The candidate should also contribute to long and short-term planning, build productive relationships with stakeholders, and provide leadership to teams. They will need to develop data, insights, and evidence to improve library experience and service planning, and represent the library in a professional manner. The role requires a degree or relevant professional experience/qualification, proven experience in leading and managing staff, and evidence of ability to lead engaging multichannel information, communications, and events. The annual leave entitlement is 38 days, and the salary range is between £35,000 to £39,999.
