Summary

Leeds Beckett University is seeking a Business Support Administrator to provide a comprehensive range of administrative support to ensure operational effectiveness. This includes handling HR and financial processing requirements, quality and planning, workforce development, and internal communications. The successful candidate will provide daily support to the Director and Leadership team, maintain confidential records, coordinate internal training, prepare internal communications, and manage senior managers' schedules. The role also involves organizing key governance meetings, acting as a main contact point for senior managers, working collaboratively with other administrative colleagues, and complying with relevant financial, data protection laws, and university guidelines. The administrator will work on a hybrid basis, both at home and on campus. The position requires demonstrable experience of administrative and organizational support, a high level of IT skills, and an ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team. The salary is within Grade 3, with a 37-hour work week.
