Summary

Leeds Beckett University is looking for a Digital Experience Co-ordinator, who will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering specialist training and user support to enhance digital capabilities and confidence. The candidate will also manage projects and coordinate aspects of the Digital Library experience.

Key responsibilities include developing and delivering digital training sessions, working with suppliers to develop new functionalities, supervising team colleagues, providing excellent customer service to digital library users, managing library technology projects, and representing the Library and Learning Services in a professional manner.

The candidate must have a degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field such as digital, library, or IT or substantial professional experience. Expertise in using and enhancing technologies and software, experience in delivering digital development, and familiarity with web development technologies are required.

The role offers a salary within Grade 6 and a 38-day annual leave entitlement. The working hours per week are 37. The candidate will work on a hybrid basis, with home working and campus working. The post may be subject to a probationary period of up to 12 months.
