Digital Experience Advisor

Leeds Beckett University is seeking a Digital Learning Advisor to join their Library and Learning Services team. The role involves providing user support and maintaining the University's Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and other associated learning technologies. Responsibilities include handling support inquiries, creating support materials, assisting with training delivery, promoting the use of learning technologies, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to system upgrades. The role requires excellent IT/digital skills, experience in supporting learning and teaching technologies, and ability to write guidance materials in various formats. The successful candidate will work on a hybrid basis, both from home and on campus. The role offers a salary within Grade 4, and the working hours are 37 per week. The position may be subject to a probationary period of up to 6 months.
