Summary

The Senior Digital Learning Advisor at Leeds Beckett University is a full-time role with a salary range of £30,000 to £35,999. The role is primarily responsible for providing specialist training, managing content, and coordinating technical and service development for the University's digital learning platforms and tools.

Key responsibilities include delivering multi-tiered user/technical support, promoting digital platforms, planning and delivering university training, designing support and training materials, maintaining and enhancing digital learning platforms, collecting and analyzing service data, delivering excellent customer service, and complying with all legislative requirements.

The candidate must have a degree or relevant professional experience, experience in supporting the use of teaching and learning technologies, planning and delivering digital training, and knowledge of web technologies. The role requires excellent planning, communication, teamwork, service delivery, creativity, innovation, and learning & development skills.

The role offers a hybrid working model with both home working and on-campus working. The annual leave entitlement begins at 28 days and the workweek is 37 hours. The position may be subject to a probationary period of up to 6 months.
