Summary

The Information Resources Librarian at Leeds Beckett University will provide advice, guidance, and training on copyright legislation and licensing agreements for learning, teaching, and research. Duties include delivering digital training sessions and resources to support colleagues, students, and researchers in the use of copyright and licensed material, providing support in the use of library and research technologies, contacting rights owners to determine clearance costs, and ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements. The candidate must have a degree or substantial professional experience in a relevant field, such as digital, library, IT, or research technology, and demonstrate skills in planning and organization, service delivery, teamwork, communication, creativity and innovation, and learning and development. The salary is within Grade 5 (£30,000 to £35,999) and the position is based in Leeds.
