Summary

The Acquisitions and E-resources Coordinator position at Royal Holloway, University of London involves coordinating the library's acquisitions activities and e-resources management, including electronic and print subscriptions and journal/database purchases. Duties include maintaining records, managing orders and renewals, providing customer service, and supervising Information Assistants. The role may require flexibility, such as covering for absences.

The post holder will also assist in delivering a stock management and digital enquiry service. This includes tasks like shelving, stock relocation, processing materials, assisting users with equipment, and participating in facilities management. The person in this role will also assist with development and project work, and may be required to work at various locations. This position is accountable to the Senior Information Assistant in the Customer Services department.
