Deputy Director of Library Services
The Deputy Director of Library Services at Loughborough University will report to the Director of Library Services and will be responsible for delivering effective library services in support of learning, teaching, and research. The role will also involve supporting the development and leadership of the library's strategic direction in line with the university's strategy. The Deputy Director will have direct responsibility for Library IT Systems, the library’s content budget, and the development of relevant data and evidence-based indicators for success. They will lead four service lead roles and will have a significant role in the transition towards a more digital service. The role requires experience in an academic library environment, leading strategic direction and service development, managing teams, and managing library IT solutions. The position is full-time and open-ended with a salary between £51,799-£60,022 per annum.
