Summary

The University Collections and Archives Coordinator at Norwich University of the Arts is responsible for cataloguing and promoting the University's collections and archives, as well as ensuring their access and sustainability. Tasks include database enhancement, image rights management, data loading into the ResourceSpace database, collection promotion, exhibition planning, and supporting conservation and storage policies.

The ideal candidate should have experience cataloguing art and design collections, using digital databases, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. A qualification in archives/collections management is preferred, along with experience in drafting funding applications, archive and artwork conservation, and using social media for promotion. Salary ranges from £20,001 to £29,999. The role also requires active participation in staff development and compliance with the University's policies and procedures.
