Summary

The Customer Services Co-ordinator at Liverpool Hope University will be responsible for leading the front of house library services at The Sheppard-Worlock, Capstone, and Cornerstone Libraries. Key responsibilities include daily management of Customer Relations/Services, managing the delivery of front of house services, responding to complex student queries, and managing the student ambassador and overnight receptionist teams. The position also involves staff management, including line managing Senior Library Assistants, Customer Services Assistants, overnight receptionists, and Student Ambassadors. The coordinator will also have librarian team responsibilities, including acting as a duty librarian during late nights and weekends, attending team meetings, and contributing to project groups.
