Asistant Librarian Open Research

Ulster University is hiring an Assistant Librarian - Open Research for their Library Service Department. The Assistant Librarian will support the Open Research Manager to develop and deliver high-quality library research services. The key duties include acting as a point of contact for open research queries, contributing to the development and delivery of library services for researchers, developing and implementing training programs for research staff and students, and collaborating with other teams within the library service. The candidate must be willing to travel for meetings and conferences, and must have a degree with a postgraduate qualification in Librarianship or Information Science. Experience in open research/open access publishing, designing and delivering training, and excellent digital and information literacy skills are essential.
