Content Delivery Manger

The University of Salford is seeking for a Content Delivery Manager under the Directorate of Student and Academic Support. The successful candidate is required to be an exceptional leader who can develop and implement innovative ways of working, manage team effectively and drive high performance and continuous improvement. The role will involve managing a team of 8, ensuring that all activities are carried out to agreed service standards, and driving the service forward by optimizing the skills of team members. The individual should be flexible, able to cope with fast pace and pressure, and have a strong focus on customer service and continuous improvement. They will also have a key role in shaping a new Content & Business Assistant role, and implementing a performance model. The role requires strong collaboration with other teams to enhance service offerings to students. The candidate should be experienced in managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
