PEER Assisted Learning Manager
The University of Salford is hiring a Peer Assisted Learning Manager for a fixed term until 2026. The position falls under the Directorate of Student Success, Administration and Support Services. The successful candidate will lead the inception, design, delivery, and evaluation of a university-wide Peer Assisted Learning scheme. They will work closely with the Project Officer and the Programme Manager for the Education and Employability Strategy. The role includes overseeing project planning, managing a team, establishing partnerships, and maintaining professional development. The post-holder will split their time between campus and home, and some evening and weekend work may be required. Candidates should have a degree or significant professional experience in a relevant area, proven experience in developing and delivering effective learning support services, experience in planning, managing and evaluating projects, and demonstrable knowledge of peer assisted learning programmes.
