Spaces & Innovation Officer

The University of Salford is seeking a Spaces & Innovation Officer for their Library Services team. This role involves providing innovation and improvement in all aspects of Library Services processes, procedures, and space management. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to improve the library spaces and services, aiming to create a fantastic experience for all library users. Key responsibilities include supporting and directing the Library Services Team, collaborating with key stakeholders, resolving equipment failures, representing Library services in various projects, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should have a degree or significant level of relevant experience, excellent customer service skills, and proven ability to manage several projects. They should also be flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
