Director of Knowledge & Digital Services

The University of Winchester is seeking a Director of Knowledge & Digital Services. This senior management role involves developing and implementing strategies to modernize the department into a customer-centric service, focusing on innovative ways to support the university's knowledge and digital services. The director will provide strategic leadership, manage staff, oversee the department's budget, and represent the university at external events. They are also expected to keep pace with developments in IT and library services, and build strong relationships with Deans, Directors, and other university staff. Experience in strategic leadership, budget management, and IT infrastructure is required. The role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
