Summary

The University of Winchester is looking for a Head of Knowledge & Support Services. This professional services role involves leading a team responsible for the procurement and management of all content and equipment for the University, delivering 2nd level technical support, and overseeing the KDS Business Analyst. Key duties include budget management, overseeing technologies used to deliver services, influencing strategic direction, reviewing and monitoring enquiries, and representing the University at events. The role requires a degree level education, experience in leading a customer-focused service, line management experience, knowledge of budgeting and auditing, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate will be self-driven, motivated, and able to manage several activities and projects at once.
