Summary

The University of Winchester is looking for a Knowledge Officer to oversee the content sections in the Knowledge and Support area, including the management of the Knowledge Assistants, budget monitoring, library, and resource list systems. The role involves problem-solving, creating procedures and processes, overseeing training and development of team members, delivering analytics, and acting as 2nd line support for content-related inquiries. The job requires GCSE A-C Maths and English and experience in inventory ordering or control. Desirable traits include supervision of staff, experience in content acquisitions or library service, use of Ex Libris Alma, Primo or Leganto, and knowledge of library content or resources. The candidate must be able to work unsupervised, be agile, creative, approachable, and able to deal with fluctuating workloads.
