Business Partner
The University of Winchester is hiring a Business Partner under their Knowledge & Digital Services department. The role entails serving as a key contact point for Faculties and Departments, aiding in the implementation of stakeholder engagement plans. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing communication strategies, translating engagement strategies into specific activities, and providing a conduit for open communication between stakeholders. The successful candidate will also attend relevant university committees, collect and use feedback from customers, and enhance stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience working with a range of customers, a strong understanding of engagement and communication strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage various stakeholders. It's desirable but not essential for the candidate to have an undergraduate degree, membership of a relevant professional body, experience in a higher education environment, and an understanding of the UK's higher education landscape.
