Team Leader Support & Learning Spaces
The University of Winchester is seeking a Team Leader for Support & Learning Spaces under the Knowledge & Digital Services department. This role involves ensuring that all learning spaces are optimally designed and operated to meet customer needs. The candidate will work with the Head of Partner Relationships and manage a team to deliver key aspects of the department strategy. Responsibilities include line management, budget management, maintaining customer experience culture, and representing the department at events. Ideal candidates should have experience in leading a customer-focused service and team management. A degree level education and membership of a relevant professional body are desirable. They should also be an agile thinker, a creative problem solver, and have a customer-centric approach.
