Student Engagement Coordinator

This role is dedicated to working directly with students from the University of Worcester and the wider local community, and ensuring that the service we provide is inclusive and relevant to their needs. The role holder will confidently engage with students and use feedback and co-creation to help improve services. They lead our Library Student Team (a team of 4/5 students who work with us to ensure that the student voice is heard and reflected in our services) . They are also part of the popular Ask a Librarian enquiries and chat team, helping our users to navigate our resources.
