Job Description

Summary

The University of Westminster is seeking an Academic Engagement and Development Manager to support the Library Education Services Manager in providing an effective and transformative learning support service. The successful candidate will lead on one or more of the team's specialties, including library resource provision, teaching, and accessible learning support. Key responsibilities include implementing best practices, coordinating goals with various teams, overseeing and directing the team, and managing a small team of specialists. The position also involves working closely with other managers and departments to develop strategies, monitor performance indicators, and improve service delivery and student experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge and understanding of academic library collections and teaching approaches in a Higher Education setting. The salary range is £40,000 to £49,999.
