Summary
The Library Team is called Learning, Teaching & Research (LTR). This team was restructured in the Spring / Summer of 2025 and implemented from mid August 2025.
The structure has now defined four heads of service roles that are each supported by a manager. We have implemented a matrix management approach to work that is currently being implemented. This is to enable the most effective use of the resource that we have available across the team and to build resilience in areas that have either a single point of expertise or just a couple of staff with that knowledge.
