Head of Relationship Management and Engagement
The Head of Relationship Management and Engagement at Teesside University will lead Library relationship management and academic/research community engagement. The role involves developing innovative Library services, managing support for learning and teaching, and handling customer support and engagement activities. The individual will collaborate with academic schools, research community, and partners to deliver relevant and innovative service solutions. They will also contribute to the creation, delivery, and management of the Library/Digital Skills Framework. This role requires active participation in professional activity to inform decision making and service development. The successful candidate will represent the Library at relevant internal and external committees and working groups. They need to promote equality and diversity and may be asked to work outside their normal working pattern when necessary. They will report to the Assistant Director (Learning, Teaching & Research). The salary range is £40,000 to £49,999.
