Experience and Learning Spaces Manager
This job posting is for the position of Experience and Learning Spaces Manager at Teesside University. The role involves managing the customer experience within the Library and Student Life, ensuring all staff are engaged in front-line delivery. The manager will be responsible for delivering support for learning, teaching, and research, managing the Student Life Model and Library support offer, and effectively delivering customer communications and enquiry management. They will also be responsible for managing all Student & Library Services spaces, including building facilities, IT services, and liaising with Campus Services and ITDS. The salary range is £35,000 to £39,999. Experience in engagement and/or communications in the higher education sector, particularly within the University Alliance, is required.
