Summary

The Experience and Engagement Assistant at Teesside University will help with the delivery of services across Library Services and Student Life, contributing to their development. Duties include delivering front-line student support and enquiry handling, supporting customers to engage with Library collections and services, maintaining high-quality learning spaces, delivering skills support activities, and providing administrative support.
