Experience and Engagement Assistant
The Experience and Engagement Assistant at Teesside University will help with the delivery of services across Library Services and Student Life, contributing to their development. Duties include delivering front-line student support and enquiry handling, supporting customers to engage with Library collections and services, maintaining high-quality learning spaces, delivering skills support activities, and providing administrative support. The role also involves participating in stock acquisition, dealing with confidential information, undertaking manual handling duties, and advocating for the department.
